All teens are invited to the Villa Park Public Library to celebrate the 50th anniversary of "Doctor Who" Sunday, Oct. 13, at 2 p.m. in the library annex. Come dressed for a costume contest and bone up on trivia; both will offer prizes. The program is open to all teens. Space is limited so registration is encouraged.
