HOLLYWOOD The Sci-Fi Channel — scheduled to debut early next year — has licensed a minimum of 114 episodes of the BBC's longrunning cult favorite, "Doctor Who." The channel's package includes all the black & white "Doctor Who" episodes. It is scheduled to air immediately following "Dark Shadows," Sci-Fi's first program acquisition, made earlier this year.
