LANDING the role of Dr. Who is dream come true for former lawyer Colin Baker.
"I have always adored the character", says Colin, who played Paul Merrone in The Brothers. Colin takes over tonight in THE TWIN DILEMMA (BBC-1, 6.40) a new four-part story which is the last In the present series. He is the sixth actor to play the intrepid doctor.
The first Who was the late William Hartnell followed by Jon Pertwee, Patrick Troughton, Tom Baker, and most recently Peter Davison.
Colin has a two-year contract to play Dr. Who and starts work on the next series about the time lord in June.
