FORMER Doctor Who stars Colin Baker and Peter Davison clashed yesterday over the hit BBC show's new female lead.
Colin, 74, said Peter was talking "absolute nonsense" when he claimed Jodie Whittaker's selection was a blow for boys. Davison, the fifth Doctor, said: "If I feel any doubts, it's the loss of a role model for boys who I think Doctor Who is vitally important for."
But sixth Doctor Baker hit back: "They've had 50 years of having a role model. You're talking absolute rubbish."
DEBORAH Watling, who played companion Victoria Waterfield alongside second Doctor Patrick Troughton, has died of cancer aged 69.
