[edit]

Thank you for sponsoring the recent Doctor Who Festival that came to the Twin Cities Oct. 4. An excellent time was had by all, and time will not move fast enough until the next one comes to town. As editor of The Panopticon Journal, I would like to point out that there are two other Doctor Who clubs in town. I edit the newsletter for Mini-UNIT, the oldest club in town, now going on its fourth year. Mini-UNIT's address is: Lea Halverson/Mini-UNIT, 24776 St. Benedict Rd., Jordan, MN 55352. The second club, started in 1985, is Whovian Elite, who recently teamed up with Mini-UNIT to produce a public-access TV special entitled "The Two Companions," which should be telecast very shortly. Whovian Elite's address is: Chris Weiss/Whovian Elite, 8542 75th St. S., Cottage Grove, MN 55016.
