THE television treat for the Danes was the first-ever showing of Doctor Who." Although the series has been running for years in the UK the Danish one-channel TV monopoly has only just got around to starting a series of four episodes. In the lead is Tom Baker.
All non-Danish programes have sub titles. "Dr Who" is shown at Danish peak time of 6.55 pm before the evening'sm ain news. Then there was a Danish documentary on Indian children, another English thriller in the Scorpion Tales series and finally a news summary.
