The Doctor Who Fan Club of American, along with the Public Broadcasting System's New Jersey Network, is sponsoring an all-day Doctor Who Festival today at the War Memorial Museum in Trenton.
The principal speaker will be Patrick Troughton, who plays Doctor Who in the British Broadcasting Corporation science-fiction series.
Among the features will be a costume contest, an exhibit called "Twenty-Two Years Through Time and Space" and the showing of Doctor Who videos on a 10-by-14-foot screen.
The hours are 11 A.M. to 7 P.M., but the doors will open at 10 A.M.
Tickets are $12.
