TEENAGE actress Georgia Moffett is finally on her way to burying her wild child past.

Georgia, 19-year-old daughter of former Dr Who Peter Davison, has spent most of her teenage years clubbing and getting drunk. When she was only 16 she fell pregnant.

She has never publicly admitted the name of her toddler son Ty's father, jokily referring to him only as JD (the initials of Jack Daniels whiskey). But now party animal Georgia has landed a role in ITV1's Where The Heart Is — and her friends and family are hoping it will be the making of her as a responsible adult.

The cosy Sunday night series about a small northern town is a million miles away from the club scene Georgia has been used to.

Only 5ft 2in, the blonde actress is the archetypal pocket Venus. Her biggest role to date has been as a delinquent in The Bill. Her father Peter, now starring in The Last Detective, divorced her mother, actress Sandra Dickinson, in 1993 when Georgia was eight.

In a recent interview, Georgia said: "Without Ty, I wouldn't be where I am now.

"He's given me the confidence to do what I want to do. I'm earning money for Ty.

"I'm not going to spend it on things I don't need. I want him to be proud of me."
