Time And Relative, by Kim Newman (Telos, £10 standard edition, £25 limited and signed edition), is a brand-new and extremely good Dr Who novella set slightly before the Doctor became the Doctor as we know him. Told by his grand-daughter, Susan, it's a gripping tale of the Cold seeking to cleanse the Earth and of what it's like to be an alien in a society that doesn't care for difference. (We have 10 standard editions to give away plus the first out of the bag gets this limited edition and the next three books as they are published.)
