If your idea of a terrible ending for a TV program is "To Be Continued," you're in luck with Dr. Who as Channel 36 is presenting it Saturday nights from 7:30 to 9. The sci-fi fantasy show about an eccentric time traveler who wears a really long scarf often runs in serial form but 36 is offering complete versions with episodes run together. Tomorrow, in "Masque of Mandragora," the doctor and his sidekick, Sarah Jane, cope with "galloping horsemen, strange sorcery and evil intrigue set against a Renaissance background."
