CATHERINE TATE soldiered on for the preview of her play Under The Blue Sky — despite badly twisting her ankle during the dress rehearsal. The Doctor Who actress also hurt her wrist in the fall a few hours before curtain up. Producers were fearful she would be laid up for the duration of the run, but doctors gave her the all-clear. Tate, 40, grabbed a crutch to hobble out of the Duke of York theatre at the end of the performance. The play also stars Francesca Annis.
