After the success of the first Dr. Who picture there was little doubt that further adventures of this ageless spaceman would be filmed, and on Thursday and Saturday he takes a trip to the year 2150 A.D. to find his old enemies the Daleks have taken over the Earth. Aided by a handful of resistance fighters, led by Ray Brooks and Andrew Keir; his niece, Jill Curzon; his grand-daughter, Roberta Tovey; and a rather dim policeman who happened to pop into the wrong telephone box just as the weird doctor was setting off on his latest adventure, Bernard Cribbins; Dr. Who takes on the evil machines and thwarts their attempt to transform this world of ours into a monster space ship. Once again Peter Cushing is filmdom's Dr. Who - and the title of the sure-fire winners with the kiddies is "Daleks - Invasion Earth 2150 A.D.".
