When Gary Bullion had a heart transplant in 1993, doctors told him he might expect another five years of life. This month, the Edgerton man will celebrate the 20th anniversary of his life-saving operation. Bullion, a fan of the PBS show 'Dr. Who,' replicated the TARDIS from the show in his yard.
