I see ABC Television is planning a new space-fiction series to challenge "Dr Who." I wish it would aim its challenge a little higher. It's about time someone said quite loudly that the only thing that stops "Dr. Who" being a thundering bore is that it's too feeble to thunder. Even the children have given it up in disgust.<br />
