Jim Novak, 15, of Hanover, was a second-place winner with a drawing of "Dr. Who" in the Children's Art Contest sponsored by WITF-TV33, Harrisburg, during February. Nearly 6,000 drawings were entered in the contest, which was open to children through the age of 16. Children were asked to draw their favorite characters from a program or series airing on Channel 33.

Meegan Korman, 7, of Hanover, was an honorable mention in the ages six to nine division of the art contest with a drawing of "Ernie and Bert."
