THE first three Doctor Who actors - William Hartnell, Patrick Troughton and Jon Pertwee - were yesterday honoured by the placing of blue plaques at BBC Television Centre.<br />

Families of the actors and cast members of the show unveiled the Television Heritage memorials in an event organised by the Heritage Foundation, in association with the BBC.<br />
