[edit]

DR WHO fanatic David Pound has been given an ultimatum by his girlfriend - give up your Dalek or I'll exterminate our relationship.

Ever since David won the human-sized robot used in the hit Dr Who TV series it has had pride of place in their bedroom. Girlfriend Sue Pilling, 28, said: "I got fed up being the second person David said 'good morning' to every day."

David, 26, from Brighton, who won the metal Dalek on the TV show Whatever You Want, has promised to move the robot.

"It's sad," he said, "but I am going to have to put it in the hall."
