Standing by at Ealing Studios in case of accidents while the "Dr. Who?" space series was being filmed was just one of many duties for Ealing Red Cross members last year.

Reporting at the annual meeting at Ealing Town Hall on Wednesday week, Ealing divisional director, Mrs D. M. appealed for more reruits "to cope with the ever increasing demand for our services."
