I really have no qualms about WMHT's broadcasting or format, but I am curious to know whether or not you plan on obtaining the earlier DR. WHO series. We are presently receiving the episodes with John Pertwee as the Doctor in the Philadelphia area. They are NOTHING plot-wise or special-effects-wise - com- pared to the plot development, characterization and audio and visual advancements used in the present DR. WHO series. I suggest that you air the show either movie or serial way and I'm sure your DR. WHO fans - especially the one from Chatham - will be surprised and relieved at the real development of the show. DR. WHO has really come a long way from those days, and I hope to see more of Peter Davison as he assumes more of the "feel" of the Doctor. M. Quigg, Coatesville, Pa.
Spelling correction: Jon Pertwee
