Dr. Who fans, take heart. KPTS, Ch. 8, is chagrined that you missed 10 minutes at the end of last Saturday's two-hour movie, "The Genesis of the Daleks," because of technical difficulties (actually, the tape ran out before the program did). As a result, a Channel 8 spokesman said those last few minutes will be aired before this weekend's Dr. Who movie, "Planet of Evil." The "Daleks" again will air beginning at 9 p.m. Saturday, and the new movie will be delayed 10 minutes. The rest of the evening program will similiarly shift down the schedule.
