[edit]

DOCTOR Who star Peter Capaldi is facing a new enemy, custard creams. The actor, 57, and the cast have been told to stay away from the biscuits in case it makes them fat.

Co-star Jenna Coleman, 29, who plays Clara Oswald, is a huge fan of the treats and asked the caterers to buy them for everyone to snack on. But the stars went mad gobbling them during filming breaks so producers have ordered a ban in case it leads to expanding waistlines. A source says: "They've been taken off the menu but Jenna keeps an emergency packet in her dressing room."
