Oct 2-9. Children's Book Week '82. Special events in libraries, schools & bookshops. The launch on Sept 30, noon-2pm, in Covent Garden is hosted by Peter Davison, alias Dr Who. Fat Puffin, Fungus the Bogeyman, What-a-Mess & Bernard the Book Taster are among the characters who will be there.
