[edit]

"Dr. Who" in the guise of actor Patrick Troughton, and other artists and crew of B.B.C.-TV's children's serial came to Palm Bay, Margate, on Sunday. With Dr. Who in the picture is Frazer Hines who plays "Jamie."

With the aid of a small helicopter, shots were filmed for a new episode about seaweed which becomes alive and proves to be the gallant doctor's latest enemy.
