Saturday afternoon and evening on BBC-1 are predictable, though not quite so dull as at one time. "Juke Box Jury" and "Dixon of Dock Green" will be there for ever. We are not required to use our heads much. I think that "Dr Who" deserves to be popular and generally find some pleasurable anticipation in looking forward to the next episode in space and time. After all, it is no more childish than most television.
