[edit]

THE DR. WHO protest record Doctor In Distress featuring stars like Bobby Gee and Justin Hayward who want to save the series, is out this week

And to celebrate the single's release I've got 50 copies to give away. The questions were compiled by the record's producer Ian Levine, a leading light in the Dr Who fan club.

  1. Name the actors who played the two teachers who were hijacked by the Doctor in the very first episode?
  2. Name the home planets of the Daleks, the Ice Warriors and the Cybermen?
  3. Name the Cybermen*s adopted planet?
  4. Who controlled the Yeti? Who built Ki-9?
  5. Which insect almost destroyed Argolis?
  6. Whose body did the Master absorb to save his own life?
  7. What kind of being was Shockeye O'The Quawncing Grig?

Answers on a postcard to: Doctor Comp., Ad Lib, The Standard, Box 467, 118 Fleet Street, London DC88 1BJ. Senders of the first 50 correct entries—if there are any—will win a record.
