DOCTOR Who's arch enemy the Daleks will "Exterminate!" from the air after a revamp by movie genius Stephen Spielberg.
The aliens from the Planet Skaro will be able to hover, levitate and dematerialise at will. The hero timelord won't even be able to push them over in a sneak attack or use that old "blanket over the visor" trick once their super-sensory equipment is installed.
The BBC and Spielberg's production company are remaking the hugely popular Doctor Who series for TV.
Monty Python star Eric Idle has been tipped to play the timelord and high-tech special effects will feature strongly.
But the Doctor's 60s police box tardis looks set for the axe.
