GIVE ME A BREAK, WILL YOU! PBS stations like Channel 2 live on the razor's edge of poverty and their pleas for funds to stay0020on the air are anything but a con. As for "Dr. Who." WPBT program director Candice Carlisle said they've just purchased 73 new episodes they will begin airing toward the end of September when the current cycle of shows is completed.
