Looking for something fun and out of the ordinary to cure the winter blues? Then don't put it off another moment; participate in the Channel 10/93QFM Doctor Who Look Alike Contest, which will be held during public television's Festival'85.
Everyone in the Channel 10 viewing area is eligible to enter the contest and selection of the winner will be based upon resemblance to the Doctor as played by actor Peter Davison.
Five finalists will be chosen to appear in the on-air finals scheduled for Saturday, March 16. Emceeing the finals will be 93QFM's Terry Gibson.
The viewing audience will select the winner by call-in voting. Anyone under the age of 18 selected as a finalist will be required to have written permission from a parent or guardian to appear on-air.
This year's contest will feature a number of appropriate Doctor Who items as prizes. The first place winner will receive an Atari 1200 home computer with a 64K memory, compliments of 93QFM; a framed certificate noting their resemblance to the Doctor; and publication of their picture in the May issue of Fine Tuning.

Only look-alike entries for the Doctor as played by Peter Davison will be accepted. No look-alikes based on other actors, actresses or creatures from the series will be considered part of the competition. The deadline for all entries is 5pm on Monday, March 11.
