IF you don't know what a Dalek is ask any child. The electronic creatures from the television serial 'Dr. Who" take to the big screen at the ABC Theatre next week appearing in full colour under the title of "DR. WHO AND THE DALEKS."
Dr. Who and his companions set off in their police box space ship and land on another planet devastated by atomic warfare. On the other side of the petrified forest, in a city of light live the Daleks, creatures with flashing lights, long probing arms, and belly-pitched voices, who are unable to come out because they are not immune from radiation.
The Thals, who inhabit the rest of the planet, and look and talk like English humans, are able to exist because they have discovered drug that makes them reactant to radiation.
Dr. Who and his friends are captured by the Daleks and have some exciting adventures in the city with its electrically controlled doors.
