Fans of "Doctor Who," a popular British science fiction television series, can see props and meet Jon Pertwee, the actor who plays the doctor, from 3 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the studio of public television station KIXE in Redding.

The "Doctor Who Celebration & Tour" features an exhibit trailer with props used in the television series. Pertwee, the third actor to portray the doctor in the series, will be on hand to sign autographs and answer questions.

Tickets are $7.50. Proceeds benefit the station.
