Some years ago, when I was assisting at a Brownie pack holiday where the theme was Dr Who and he was the current Doctor, I wrote to him with a list of the names of the children attending, asking if he would send a signed photo for the girls. He immediately did so, with each photo individually dedicated to the recipient There was no charge and the photos caused great excitement when distributed at the close of the holiday.
