THE new Dr Who should have a sex change and come back as a woman, say Labour Euro MPs. An EEC women's rights committee in London reckon a Time lady would help break down the barriers to females taking high-tech Jobs.

The idea was suggested as the BBC continued its search for the seventh Dr Who to replace actor Colin Baker, who is quitting the series.
