Who is it but Dr. Who, at what else but the Dr. Who Celebration and Tour Friday and Saturday at the Old Colony Inn Conference Center in Alexandria. Sylvester McCoy, the seventh and current Dr. Who, of the British TV series of the same name, is scheduled to answer questions and sign autographs Friday at 5:30 and 8 and Saturday at 2 and 5. And you'll be able to stroll through the 48-foot Dr. Who trailer, full of animated monsters and villains from the series. It's 4 to 10 Friday and noon to 10 Sunday at 625 First St. Admission is $ 8.
