Dr. Who fans take note: the "Dr. Who Celebration and Tour" is rolling into Kansas City public television station, KCPT, noon-8 p.m. Saturday and noon-6 p.m. Aug. 16, at 125 E. 31st St., Kansas City, Mo. The mobile exhibition, organized by the British Broadcasting Corp., features famous monsters and villains from the popular science fiction series, as well as a tardis, Bessie, John Pertwee's 1953 auto and a 30-minute film of interviews with the various actors who have played Dr. Who over the years. The show's producer, John Nathan-Turner, will also be on hand to answer questions. For information, call the station.
