TARDIS 21 [The Anniversary Reunion of the Doctor in Season 21] celebrates the 21st anniversary, of "Dr. Who," the longest running science fiction series in the galaxy, with a weekend seminar Nov. 23-25 at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare, Rosemont. The weekend features screenings, a show and auction of Dr. Who artwork, a memorabilia sale, a costume contest and discussions and appearances with figures from the show's past and present. If you're familiar with the Doctor, no further explanation is necessary; if you aren't, no explanation would induce you to cough up the dough to attend. So consider this. From now 'til Oct. 23, three-day admission is $40 and two-day admission is $30. After that they rise to $60 and $50, respectively. At the door, tickets will be $75 and $65. Only a Dalek could fail to see the advantage of early action. Tickets available through Ticketmaster or by phone at 559-1212. For further information, call the TARDIS 21 hotline: 282-D.WHO.
