Big time TV: Who was that masked Max? The FCC is investigating a TV pirate wearing a Max Headroom mask who overrode the airwaves of two Chicago TV stations Sunday. The pirate interrupted WTTW's Doctor Who and WGN's news. In his 88-second Dr. Who interruption, he bared his behind. "He wasn't computer-generated like the 'real' Max headroom," says viewer David Howard.
