THE new BBC-1 Doctor Who serial, "Doctor Who and the Faceless Ones", on Saturday, is the first writing job by the team of David Ellis and Malcolm Hulke. The story puts Doctor Who and his companions into a present-day airport, and a number of the action scenes were filmed on location.
While continuing mainly as solo writers, Malcolm Hulke and David Ellis intend to collaborate from time to time on future writing projects. They are currently working on a six-part thriller serial, this time for adults.
