AT least 60,000 are confidently expected by the organisers to visit the Radio Balmoral exhibition which will open on Wednesday at the King's Hall, Belfast.

Speakers at the opening ceremony will be the Prime Minister, Captain Terence O'Neill, the Lord Mayor of Belfast, Councillor William Jenkins, and Mr. R. M. Cumming, president of the Northern Ireland Radio Retailers' Association.

The show will give Ulster people an all-round look at the source of much of their domestic entertainment.

Many stars of radio and TV will be seen and beard at the exhibition. Among those present during the exhibition will be Patrick McNee, of "The Avengers", Michael Mlles, Dickie Henderson, Huw Thomas, Ronnie Carroll, Richard Hayward and Michael Baguley.


Broadcasts will be going out from "Radio Balmoral" and there will be no lack of television sets on which to see the latest news, events and One sad note for children going to see the show—there will not be a Dalek (as seen in "Dr. Who"). after all. The BBC are unable to bring one over.

Latest television and radio receivers, advanced electronic exhibits, and equipment of all sorts. ranging from hi-fi sets for the enthusiast to the latest in domestic equipment for the housewife, will be on view.
