MORE than eight million people tuned in to see the hi-tech Hollywood revival of Dr Who last night, as the Timelord, played by Paul McGann, made his first apperance for seven years.
Peter Litten, who has long campaigned against the sale of the film rights to the Americans and wanted to make a British movie, said: "I was quite impressed by it. It was very watchable. Paul McGann was very convincing."
