1964-02-04 Daily Mirror.jpg

[edit]

The Darleks-—four Space robots in the BBC's Saturday afternoon science-fiction serial "Dr. Who"—were killed off in the last programme.

But hundreds of child-viewers have written to the BBC asking about them. The B B C said last night:" We will give two to Dr. Barnardo's and keep the others in store."
