ACTOR Emrys James's children thought it was won— derful when he shared a lift with Dr Who.
Now, he travels through time with the Doctor in State Of Decay, the new four-part adventure starting tonight in Dr Who (BBC 1, 5.40)
James, 40, plays Aukon, the sinister advisor to two cruel tyrants.
He says: My four children were delighted when I bumped into Tom Baker at the BBC.
"So when I was cast in the series I realised that, for them, my career had nothing more to offer!"
