DOCTOR WHO'S WHO'S WHO (7:30 p.m., Chs. 23, 52) - How did Tom Baker luck into his job as one of the six Doctor Whos? What's the easiest way to escape from a Dalek? Which actor is identified by British passers-by as their favorite Doctor Who? What is the true purpose of the good Doctor's many assistants? The answer to the last question is, "To say, 'What is it, Doctor?' " but the other answers will be left to this wide-ranging New Jersey Network special. It's short on clips but long on interviews, including sessions with former Doctors Jon Pertwee and Peter Davison, current Doctor Colin Baker and a visit to a Doctor Who fans' convention. A rare Pertwee episode of Doctor Who follows the special; beware of pledge breaks.
