FURIOUS telly addicts are ready to ate the BBC - to save their hero, Dr Who.
The mysterious Consortium of Doctor Who Fans have hired a team of lawyers to see if the Beeb can be compelled to return the spare-hopping time traveller to the small screen.
And they demand an amazing £30 million compensation for three years without their Doc.
The last-ditch action would be a test case for licence payers to flex their muscles in court.
