LOOK who dropped In on the Beeb yesterday ... none other than Time Lord Dr Who and his trusty old steed The Tardis.
It was a welcome return for our intrepid hero. He has just spent timeless months in exile after the BBC announced plans to drop the popular programme.
But when the BBC timelords wanted him for a radio series. The Doctor, played by Colin Baker, and his girl assistant Peri, Nicola Bryant, are recording six 10-minute episodes for series called Pirate Radio 4.
