More Dr. Who — Six frequently requested episodes of Britain's "Dr. Who," the longest-running science fiction series, are out on video for the first time. And they feature a sampling from four of the actors who have played the good doctor since the series began in 1963. From BBC Video, each of the six is $19.98.
"Battlefield" features Sylvester McCoy as Dr. Who in an adventure involving the discovery of a spaceship containing the body of King Arthur and his sword Excalibur, with the evil Mordred in hot pursuit
"The War Machines," with newly discovered footage, stars William Hartnell as the very first doctor in a tale set at the landmark Post Office Tower in London.
"The Awakening" features Peter Davison in a time-travel visit to a small village where there has been a mysterious disappearance.
"Frontios" (Davison again) pits the doctor against the hardships of the inhospitable planet Frontios.
"The Happiness Patrol" (McCoy again) follows the doctor on an investigation of disappearances among an Earth colony on Terra Alpha where strange creatures lurk in the sewers beneath the city.
And "Timelash" stars the fourth doctor, Colin Baker, making a journey through a time tunnel called Timelash to bring back a girl who inadvertently fell through the portal.
