Children watch the BBC TV programme "Blue Peter" are to be asked to design a monster, which may be used in the "Dr. Who" serial. The best monsters will be built by the Visual Effects department would put on show at an Olympia exhibition.
Biddie Baxter, editor of "Blue Peter," says: "We think the response to this competition will beat all previous records because of the interest in 'Dr. Who' and the extraordinary inventiveness of our young viewers."
