The 13th Doctor is in. Jodie Whittaker was introduced Sunday as the new title character of popular BBC America series 'Doctor Who' The actress, who's best known for roles in 'Broadchurch' and 'Attack the Block,' replaced Peter Capaldi and becomes the first woman to take on the role.
