COMPUTER wizards have used hi-tech skills to restore a series of Doctor Who episodes from 1971.
Starting on BBC 2 at 7.15pm, it's a five-part adventure called The Daemons.
The colour tapes had been erased and only black-and-whites remained. Lucidly, an American fan had taped the series in colour.
It was adapted to our system and the remaining bits of the story about the last survivor of an alien race were filled in.
