Much less impressive is the Malcolm Lockyear composition entitled "The Eccentric Dr. Who" (Columbia) which the Lockyear orchestra has recorded.
Even the most ardent Dr. Who fan will be hard pressed to enthuse over this very ordinary number. No doubt, it is technically competent, but nothing more.
