Jon Pertwee and his family spend their holidays in Ibiza where they have a house furnished with antiques that they have collected in the area.

"The children run about like a of wild little nudists, babbling in three languages," says Jon. My wife is German and our neighbours in Ibiza are Danish, so the children have a smattering of Spanish, Danish, and German as well as English. Our neighbours have a large Alsatian who looks after the children at play.

"They run off and play in the mountains, and when we ring a cowbell they show their faces to let us know what they're up to, and then we sound a horn to call them down for their meals."

Jon is a skin diving enthusiast and that is what first took him out to Ibiza.
